Poor on site training and or instruction for last minute shift, expectations not always clearly laid you. Clear confusion and chaos at headquarters; often times guards will get calls during the middle of a shift on a personal cell phone and caller has no idea that the guard is already working. Operators often are put into the call center without proper site and company training; they have no clear concept of what the security sites are, the job requirements at each site, the location, who the people are that work there, and why they specifically work there.
