Pros

Some of the people are cool

Cons

Management is terrible pay is terrible They ask you to go above and beyond for pennies No ability to terminate or suspend people Half the machines are missing task bars Biggest client pays out 3 times the salary of what the company offers for the roles Management leads from behind glass doors and walls Attrition rates for employees is terrible. out of 10 people in the last training class 2 are left. The one prior was 18 and down to 1. Even though MGMT approved OT for you they will say when it comes time to pay that you make too much to qualify for it. Dont offer people a pay for performance and then make them responsible for creating it. Companies that offer pizza parties to build positive culture and or work environments RUN!!!!

Pros

No pros working for this company

Cons

- Mandatory unpaid holidays (unless you have PTO available to cover them). - Pay is $16/hr, and increases only seem to happen when the state raises minimum wage. - Internal IT couldn’t fix broken taskbars for 8 months. - They reward employees with occasional pizza days and “National Apple Day” events instead of actual raises. - You have to wait for approval to take breaks/lunch, and there are days when you end up skipping breaks because of call volume. - No real growth opportunities: you’re basically stuck in an L1 role unless you leave the company. - Training lasts 5 weeks where you go through Dell powerpoints for about 2 weeks before “real training”. When we started taking calls, we didn’t know how to do about 80% of the work. - Health benefits only kick in after 90 days. - High turnover rate: my training wave started with 15 people, and we were down to 3 before I left. The same thing happened in other training waves as well. They seem willing to lose money hiring and retraining people instead of giving raises or investing in employee retention. - Some L2s are unprofessional, aggressive, and defensive. Conclusion: Please avoid this company at all costs.

Bad Leadership and Pay

Pros

Employees onsite are nice and make the fact you dont make any money not so bad but they are dropping like flies.

Cons

under paid, upper mgmt likes to dangle carrots to promise bonus structure based on metrics but when it comes time to pay they kick the can down the road. You cant fire anyone there so you can basically never show up for work or call in and still have your job. MGMT is ok with you having 2 or 3 jobs to cover your expenses and who cares if you have to travel over an hour to get there daily to be micro managed by an IT staff that cant fix the missing task bars and the super low pay to work on devices that cost more than you make in a month. If you apply and work for a company that thinks pizza parties provides a healthy work environment run.

Pros

Nice colleagues, free water, work volume really chill on my department and 3 different shifts

Cons

Start from 15 easter european time. Project manager is awful and most promotions on higher or better paid jobs are though relationships between TLs or manager. Low salary with no bonuses or motivation to perform any better. Have to respect KPIs but do not receive any credit for them
