Pros
Flexible hours- you can choose your schedule (only needed a minimum of 3 shifts a week); work from home; alright job if you want additional income or you are a sahm or a student
Cons
Pressure to always hit the quota; being disrespected by some people that you call to get the survey; supervisor and team leaders review your calls and sometimes what the other person recommends differs from the other ( different interpretation of some rules) which causes confusion
