Base salary is lower than average and takes some time to go up. Even if it does, it does not make a significant difference. - Workload tends to be pretty overwhelming in the winter. On average a PD adjuster has 140 claims in their name and no other teams assisting in handling these claims. You do it all. At the end of the work day, you don't have the physical or mental capacity to do anything else.
