      Pros

      I would not wish this job on anyone, there were no pro's. Maybe one or two staff and the customers were great. It was nice to meet and talk with people staying in hotel for many different reasons.

      Cons

      management is abusive, zero support, zero training and back stabbing management. There were several times when servers would be in tears, they were understaffed consistently which in turn created long wait times for the guest. There was lack of respect for all positions.

      Pros

      Corporate employees generally care about their role in the overall success of the individual hotels they serve as well as the guests and the overall reputation of the company

      Cons

      Corporate restructuring has changed the level and quality of corporate support available to successful hotels due to much focus on underperforming locations which further erodes the quality and reputation of the brand
