      Pros

      There is no performance pressure. As long as you don't make mistakes, you won't be fired. Except for 5-8 pm, the rest of the time is very relaxing. You can also get very good employee benefits.

      Cons

      Have to stand all the time, and my waist will hurt if I stand for a long time.
