I love working at Cole International because of the people. Cole International is a company very much unlike other companies it’s size. Most companies this size all seem so much the same in that everything is all about profit and the bottom line, but not Cole International. At Cole, the executives lead great examples in showing that they greatly care about the employees, and treat them much like family. Business decisions aren’t just all about dollars and cents, it’s about how will this help or affect our employees, how will this help our clients? It’s regularly stated at Cole that it’s the “employees who make the company great.” The employees are empowered to be great because they feel supported by management to do so. When you see this behavior from the leaders of your company, it sets a great example for how each manager and each employee should treat each other, and how we should treat our clients…
All employees at Cole have a voice, and they are encouraged to share their opinions. Managers, Directors, and Executives regularly encourage feedback from all team members. If something is broken, how do we fix it/how can we improve it? Cole is a company constantly evaluating and re-evaluating its practices to ensure we can keep and achieve the high standard the company has set for itself.
