Pros
A willingness to make financial investments into the growth of the company whether that be IT, an increase in employees or positions (this done not include incentives, wages, benefits or bonus schemes).
Cons
If you're not a sales person or part of the inner circle (of people who have been with the company since it was less than 20 people), don't expect much in the way of appreciation. The owner is very easily manipulated by his business partner and outside influences. Management did not know how to handle/mediate/resolve internal conflict and often times they would buy out an employee (fire them with a small severance package with undo cause) rather than commit to a proper investigation. It was an extremely gossipy environment with much backstabbing and immature behavior primarily nurtured by the female employees. Often times the Guest Experience Manager at the time would send out blanket emails to all staff, chastising a particular behavior or practice but would never confront the actual individual responsible. This created an atmosphere of paranoia and fear as no one knew if they were the person in the cross-hairs. Prior to my employment i was warned by others as they joked about seeing how long i'd last as the owner blows hot and cold, which during my last, recent pulse check of the company, has not changed.
