Cons
There is a disconnect between the Management and reality in terms of minimum appointments for our team. If you shadow someone for an interview, ask them the last time they got 50 appointments, let alone 75 (the numbers listed on the job description). I can count on one hand how many people have hit 50, and those that have usually have only done it once or twice, ever. I don't know anyone that has hit 75. They will tell you in the interview that YOU are great and that YOU will get 40 appointments no problem. YOU will reach for 50 and 75 appointments. Do not believe it. You will lose a lot of money if you do! Only take the job of the base pay is acceptable for you. (And FYI, it shouldn't be). And that culture mentioned in the pro? Our department does not get to enjoy it. We have to stay on the phone. It is made clear we should not participate in the team building activities. I'm torn, as I like the company and the department would be great if there were realistic expectations. That would help ensure fair pay.
