I believe the Salary is fair comparatively

I believe an increase in salary would be helpful

Good benefits, good co-workers*, frontline staff are genuinely doing meaningful work.

Leadership is actively hostile to their staff. There are needless amounts of Directors, managers, etc that serve only to make your job more difficult than it needs to be. Their are significant issues with racial prejudice which is really disappointing in an organization like this.
