Pros

Always busy, almost never idle.

Cons

This is almost 100% a call center role, unless you are moved to handling tickets. The call volume is ALWAYS high. The moment management sees there is a lot of avail time, they downsize, to make sure the staff are constantly working. It’s exhausting.

Pros

I liked phone tech support and am searching for more of the same.

Cons

Toxic management environment. Got a new manager who could do nothing but find problems. Got let go from a 50 - 100 person department a day after about 20 new trainees were brought in.
