Pros

There are no pros the company is terrible and treats employees like numbers. They don’t care at all and want you to live under their thumb.

Cons

Everything. Here’s an example. My grandmother passed away and I went to go to her funeral and visit relatives. The entire time I was gone they called me asking where I was even though I told them prior to leaving. They told me that I had to call in every day I’m not there even though I told them how long I was gone for. They continued calling and threatened me. I gave them all information prior to leaving. I’m not a slave and will not be treated as one. Also they lie about time between calls and schedules are based on “performance” but it has nothing to do with helping the customer it has to do with the dumbest made up performance rules ever. They take advantage of foreigners that don’t know their rights (in native to Canada but a lot of Indians work there and they take advantage of the fact they don’t know Canadian labour laws. The pay for the work and training required to do the job is laughable. I can go on and on.

Crumbs

Pros

None, honestly. You are treated like you are nothing.

Cons

It's a revolving door of employment for a reason. They are are company that gets paid by the client and gives their employees the crumbs that are left. You are forced to change your schedule regularly and they expect a lot but yet pay minimum wage. I am doing coaching and training and still getting paid the same as a day 1 agent. They take advantage of their workers. Getting micromanaged to down to the seconds of how you use your time.
