Pros

While there are some truly excellent people working at F12, and they are using some of the best technology available for their support, I find it difficult to list anything in the PROS section.

Cons

My experience at this company was hands down the worst employment experience I've had in my life. As an older employee I was under constant ridicule regarding my age and experience. This was done in full view of upper management, none of whom made the slightest effort to curb this behavior. No doubt I will be written off as a vitriolic former employee; but be warned - this company only cares about the number of tickets you close on a daily basis. This is much more important to them than if you've actually fixed the clients problems. Artificially inflating their ticket closure rate is not fair to their customers.

I'm shocked to read about your experience. We do have a somewhat young culture, but certainly don't wish to alienate experienced employees. I'm sorry your time at F12 was so challenging. No one should feel disrespected, and we clearly failed to make you feel that we had your back.

Pros

I don't see any Pros working for such a low esteemed company. All I can say is to learn as much as you can until you are kicked out without any warning.

Cons

I wish I could rate it negative 1 coz here is what you need to know about this company. 1. Extremely poor management. The Toronto office is managed by a couple of managers who act as the Gods of the company and can play with the emotions of their employees by firing them any day without any notice/warning/feedback. 2. The manager who handles the ROC team is basically good for nothing who knows nothing and has no time to help you out for any doubt clarification but can waste merely hours chatting about his kids, pets, wives, cars, his food habits and what not. So basically be prepared to act as a puppet to laugh at his senseless jokes if not you are not liked by him and will be shown the door. 3. No concept of training. No floor walk support for the newest hired and are expected to be wizards to work full fledged within a couple weeks of joining. 4. Racism and Gender discrimination guaranteed. 5. Be prepared to work for atleast 3 employees for a below average pay.

Hard working knowledgeable employees. 3 week's vacation. Decent extended benefits plan.

Cons

Below market compensation. Tone deaf management. Growing artificially through acquisition. Zero transparency. Poor employee retention past 90 days.
