Pros

Can't really think of any!! And dont think this company is even worth having the 'pros' section for reviews.

Cons

The 'cons' is all this company has to offer. No work-life balance, no benefits, no paid vacation or sick leaves. All they care about is their stupid "business needs" and also force you to adhere to their needs and will even schedule you for shifts at any time even after asking your preferred timings. Complete nonsense. Will cut your hours if no "business needs". Doesn't really make sense right. And the team managers are worst here. They don't really care about you as a person and your career on the whole. Really surprised why the company still boosts about their "amazing work culture" to be honest it's pathetic and toxic. No one really cares here for their employees who are actually running this company. Everything here EVERYTHING is unpaid!!! And the HR here, I am worried who hired them, sorry to say, but they don't really know what their job is. In the initial orientation as a new hire, when asked questions about the employee benefits and perks, the HR knew nothing and couldn't really answer the questions of the fellow team mates as well. All they care about is their targets and don't know how their sales matrix works, it will always show that you are not performing well and will coach you n number of times for the same stupidity. Even the clients they work for are pissed of with this company!!! All in all, nothing positive to say!

Pros

good for students, bonuses for good work, overtime available

Cons

Nordia does not sell customer service, they sell mental health. They take healthy individuals and grind them down until they are no more. There is a reason why more than 75% of employees leave within the first 1.5 years. Manipulation of employees is the name of the game. Lie after deception after failed promise. Carefully selected words to obscure the truth. Do not expect to hav eone job and be good at it, expect to do the job of 5 or 6 different departments and be harassed to meet difficult standards. Customer experience is the last priority, bonuses for management are #1

Pros

Its remote so no travel expenses and you save some time from that

Cons

There are call centers in the Philippines and Morocco and they are not monitored on quality as much as in Canada. It's all about stats so agents need to resort to hanging up on customers just so they don't take a cancellation which goes against you. However its the loyalty dept so any customer calling to cancel gets transferred to you and because of the economy people are calling to downgrade their services to save money which isn't the agents fault yet it still goes against their stats. There is no job security! Beware of stress!
