Very clear that friends of new american employees are being put into higher positions and are bringing a terrible culture with them. There used to not be 'overworking', but rather 'work at the right pace so long as you get your work done'; now people are breathing down your neck and reporting yout o upper management if you're one day late on a task. There's no effort to make sure employees feel satisfied or to check in. Cuthroat culture, which is sad as ive been there for 4 years.

There appears to be a significant amount of internal politics influencing decision-making. In my experience, managers often seem constrained by upper management and have limited autonomy. While I can’t speak for the entire company, communication and feedback from some managers feel inconsistent and at times passive-aggressive, which makes expectations unclear. Success often seems tied more to aligning with preferred processes and optics rather than focusing on efficiency or meaningful outcomes.
