At Finastra, we are passionate about ensuring our people continue to grow and develop their skills for today and tomorrow. Earlier this year we held a week-long festival of learning, our Generative AI (X)po in which we hosted a range of speakers from across Finastra as well as other leaders in this field such as Microsoft, Google, and McKinsey. The event featured 17 sessions, some of which included 'The Generative AI Goldrush' from Georgina Bulkeley and Karen Huish from Google Cloud, 'Dialing up our skills and curiosity for a Gen AI future' from Kate Smaje at McKinsey and 'Making work meaningful' from Jason Brommet at Microsoft. We are extremely grateful to all of our external speakers as well as the many sessions hosted by our own people. Across the globe, we came together in offices and virtually to connect, discuss and get excited about how we could upskill ourselves to use Gen AI as a tool in the workplace.
