Cameras everywhere and they remind you they are watching you. This is brought up often. They get contracts and seats are paid for by different companies. The company pays them and they give you a very small fraction of that pay and forget about a raise. If you are a male you have a better chance at getting a raise. Women are for social events being held and errands associated with those events. Inappropriate comments and management standing around ladies desks talking for a half hour or more regardless of she wants it. Despicable behavior. This company is in time warp and if it wasn’t so abusive it would be comical. Many of the top management have been there for years and are quite full of themselves as though they are a gift to the IT Universe but are so far behind it’s also comical and sad. They have zero HR. So you decide. If you need a quick buck to pay off a loan or need groceries.Prepare to suffer….
