Pros

Onboarding is good and helps you get started. The CEO is visible and talks a lot about culture.

Cons

What leadership says about culture doesn’t match what actually happens. Executives don’t lead by example. Marketing has no clear direction. The team is small, the workload is heavy, and expectations are high with little guidance or support from the leader. Rules are not applied the same to everyone on the team or in the company. Some people have to be in the office three days a week, others don’t, which feels unfair.

- Lots of positive changes in Marketing - Have brought in new tools for marketing automation and events to help streamline efforts - Have built out analytics so we finally have the data we need!

Cons

- Wish I joined sooner

Pros

There were some real challenges last year but things seem to be heading in the right direction. We have much more realistic quotas and the compensation plans are solid. A lot of new leaders but they all have K12 experience and seem to have a good grasp on the things to fix.

Cons

health benefits are higher than what I've seen
