Pros

- Talented colleagues and strong inter-departmental collaboration - Product is world class (created the School Finance category and the clear market leader) - Customers love the products and become advocates for their peers at other school districts - strong vision for company 5-year plan

Cons

- None. Company is a great place to work. Lots of positive changes happening in the business.

Pros

Kev group is a very growing company and the staff working at managerial level are very helpful and flexible and accommodating.

Cons

THE CEO !! He does not act like a decent CEO of the company. He is very RUDE in his behavior and he was also found using ABUSIVE language in front of me. He treat his employees like machine. My first Impression of him was not good as he talks in SLANG.

Pros

The founders of TRA and KEV are the reason most people are here.

Cons

I viewed a recent interview of our new ceo Bram on the Business News Network. I was shocked to hear all of his lies. He spoke about our company being successful because we always put our customers first. Not true. Ive come to learn that all he cares about is revenue, and invests next to nothing for product improvements or customer success. We have like thousands of support tickets that go unanswered, feature requests that go ignored, and many many customers left very unhappy. Very sad. Next, he talked about how his role is to attract and retain the best people to work here. Not true. In fact, he is the very reason so many people have left. I heard about amazing people that were here that left incredible jobs to be here, only to leave because of how poorly run we are and how mean, scrambled, and unqualified the ceo is. The people who do come are here - at least in Canada - are for the founders and the company mission. When they get here, they find a miserable culture led by a miserable leader who doesn’t know what he’s doing. I feel so bad for the greatest victims, our Education customers!
