Pros

There were some real challenges last year but things seem to be heading in the right direction. We have much more realistic quotas and the compensation plans are solid. A lot of new leaders but they all have K12 experience and seem to have a good grasp on the things to fix.

Cons

health benefits are higher than what I've seen

Pros

None that stand out; the role promises growth but doesn’t provide the support to achieve it.

Cons

Management can be rude and condescending. My interview experience alone was enough to raise red flags. Excessive travel expectations with little guidance or support for new account managers. Lack of structured onboarding or mentorship, making it challenging to succeed in the role. Company culture felt unsupportive and unprofessional at times.
